ZFO develops programmes with communities, public institutions and responsible partners. Every initiative is presented according to its current stage.
Current work
Our current portfolio centres enterprise formalisation, youth participation and institution-building. Delivery is guided by ZFO’s Strategic Plan 2025–2028.
ZSBFP is implemented under an official Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Trade and Industrial Development and ZFO. It supports entrepreneurs from mobilisation and diagnosis through formalisation, compliance, market access, financial inclusion and follow-up.
ZFO supports youth voice, practical skills, employability, entrepreneurship and youth-led community solutions.

Stakeholder process: Formal engagement with the Ministry of Youth, Employment and Empowerment is being finalised.
Programme pipeline
These initiatives are not presented as funded or operational projects. ZFO is developing their partnerships, technical designs and resource mobilisation pathways.
A structured livelihoods and enterprise pathway designed to move participants from capacity-building through mentoring, market access and sustainable graduation.
A faith-sensitive early childhood development initiative designed to strengthen children, families and community learning centres through values-based, inclusive support.
Proposed community work on biodiversity, environmental education, mangrove restoration and climate-resilient livelihoods, including the Jozani landscape concept.
